I barely had this phone for two weeks and the screen started to mess up on me. It's a touch screen, as you know, and anytime I'd touch the screen wrong it'd mess up! It would go all light,and shaky. While it was in this condition, if you stayed on a text too long, it'd burn it into your screen briefly. There were a few times I was able to get it back to normal, but it was a pain. I'm having to do without a phone for a week now due to having to sent it back. The call quality wasn't too bad, and the battery life was pretty good. But over all, my experience with this phone is out the window, I don't like it. I hope the new one I'm getting doesn't do the same thing.

Not happy with LG Xenon. Phone book doesn't have space available for addresses and synching is horrible. Should of looked for phone with Microsoft/Word.

This is a very neat phone. It has a lot of nice features and works very well, however- it will not keep a call! It barely has any bars outside and has one bar inside that constantly drops. My phone before this one did not have this problem inside. Isn't 3g suppose to be better reception?

I like the touch screen and slider full keyboard. What I don't like is that the camera stopped working about 1 1/2 months after I got it, and it will lock up some times and need to pull the battery out for it to do anything.

When I first got the phone it was perfect, all was great. Now some 7 months later, my battery will not hold a charge. It is fully charged over night and has a full charge for the next day, but after about 2-3 hours, the phone is dinging that the battery life is low and needs to be recharged. Further researched this on the net and seems to be a trend.

When a call is in progress, the keypad locks itself, there's no control to disable this.

I just have my phone for two days and I felt in love with LG Xenon red phone. Everything it's really easy to use and text. The phone battery really last. I been texting since yesterday and I haven't charged it yet. :)
